mm-lab´s news

Michael Maurer (Director of Engineering Projects) proudly presents an OBU that will be used for the test. Driver safety as a top priority is supported by coordinated functions such as Collision Awareness, Safety Monitoring, Access Control and more.
Installation and commissioning have already been successfully completed. Now the customer has 8 weeks to test this unique interaction of functions.

In addition, telephony including emergency call function are tested. This allows bi-directional voice communication between the OBUs, the control center, established groups, etc.
Furthermore, to check the GNSS and LTE reception on the test site, test drives are carried out and evaluated over the entire test area.

The project once again demonstrates the great trust that more and more companies in the automotive industry have in mm-lab solutions.

„Leadership and Process Improvement“ …

… were the subjects of a two-day training session with mm-lab´s management team in the first week of July. Focused on the future development of mm-lab in its very dynamic markets, small teams worked on various subjects optimizing internal communication and promoting our leadership principles. Plenum presentations and discussions, supported by an external coach, helped to establish joint goals and to agree on plans to reach them. A snug training center combined with an excellent barbecue ensured sufficient relaxation after hard work. The session also proves mm-lab´s continuous strive for quality improvement as an ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management) / ISO 27001:2013 (IT Security) certified company.
