AttitudeKornwestheim, 01.04.2010 – "We hire for attitude and train for skills" is not only the slogan of the mm-lab Human Resource Management but it is daily practise. A proof of this philosophy was given today with three mm-lab employees receiving their certificates for the successful completion of the IPMA Project Management Level D training by a representative of Wolfram Ott & Partner GmbH (Hemmingen).

 

The certificates document that these colleagues have comprehensive project management know how in all core competencies such as

  • technical competencies like project planning, cost management, quality management or risk management
  • performance competencies like leadership or conflict management
  • context competencies in areas like human resource management, finance or legal aspects.

The theory was directly applied on commercial projects during the training, offering guided practise.

 

mm-lab is continuously improving the quality of its products and services as proven by the ISO 9001:2008 certification and the corner stone for this are the know how and skills of mm-lab's employees. This is not only an attitude but it's certified.
