mm-lab fulfills an important social component by taking care of the offspring in cooperation with the Cooperative State University Baden Württemberg (DHBW). The waste management of the Osnabrück district (AWIGO) will rely on a Telematics system from mm-lab starting 2015. At the start of the new logistics concept AWIGO will equip 33 vehicles with Telematics of mm-lab, receiving data and orders directly from the existing planning system ATHOS NewLine and returning the processed data.

The tours with integrated individual orders are mapped into Telematics and transferred to the vehicles via a bidirectional interface. Completed individual orders as well as the precise localization of individual containers and addresses can be returned by the drivers directly from the Telematics in the ATHOS NewLine ERP solution. This provides for more efficient and accelerated processes in waste management.

We are pleased to join AWIGO and our partner ATHOS in this project and look forward to a successful launch phase until the start of operations in January 2015.

The Hessian Water Company MWB, supplying water and taking care of wastewater disposal in the university town of Gießen, serves more than 70,000 residents. For land with wastewater, but without duct connection, waste water storage is required in non-draining septic tanks. MWB staff are now supported in the emptying of pits and the removal of waste water and sewage through a Telematics solution of mm-lab.

Order and performance data are transmitted via an interface to and from the existing planning system mps ARES. Orders continue to be recorded and invoiced through mps ARES. With mm-lab's Telematics system the tours will then be automatically compiled, displayed to the driver and sent back with the order-related confirmations for the exact cost allocation. And in very urgent cases, immediate orders can also be inserted into tours already in progress.

Thus, MWB provide an important contribution to the protection of waters around Giessen by using mm-lab's modern and highly efficient technology.

The waste management company IOK in Geel decided to upgrade its two locations handling a vehicle fleet of more than a hundred special vehicles with a Telematics solution of mm-lab. Approximately 500,000 citizens in 29 communities will benefit from better tours, accelerated communication through integrated telephony and measurable optimized processes improving also the disposal on demand. mm-lab has prevailed in the test phase by outstanding technological features, an intuitive user interface and highly reliable data communication.

We are pleased to join IOK Geel on the upcoming (October 2014) launch of the new, future-oriented IT support for all their employees.
