Kornwestheim, February 7th. 2012 – Another year has passed, living quality management. As a result the audit team of DQS GmbH answered the checkpoint: "The management system is effective and meets the requirements." with a simple "YES". mm-lab GmbH is therefore again ISO 9001:2008 certified for another year.

 

 

That it is in fact a working quality management, is shown by the introduction of Scrum. Prompted by the mm-lab internal continuous improvement process, a number of targets were successfully implemented. The report noted: "As part of the assessment of two projects it could be recognized that the Scrum method was on the one hand implemented by the staff in a committed way, and on the other hand 'increased productivity through improved prioritization' , was the objective achieved."
