"In 2010 about 90 improvements were filed by the employees. Counting 40 employees, such a success can be considered as exemplary" is another quote from the report. This statement shows that the quality management system does not exist only on paper, but is an integral part of the daily lived processes of all employees of mm-lab. Necessary adjustments are not ordered by the management, but initiated and implemented by the employees themselves. The successful introduction of the quality management system a year ago and the determination of its adequacy by the final report is incentive and confirmation at the same time to the management and the employees of mm-lab to maintain the present high standard of quality and wherever possible to increase it. |
