We hire for attitude and train for skills

Kornwestheim, 01.04.2010 – "We hire for attitude and train for skills" is not only the slogan of the mm-lab Human Resource Management but it is daily practise. A proof of this philosophy was given today with three mm-lab employees receiving their certificates for the successful completion of the IPMA Project Management Level D training by a representative of Wolfram Ott & Partner GmbH (Hemmingen).

The certificates document that these colleagues have comprehensive project management know how in all core competencies such as

technical competencies like project planning, cost management, quality management or risk management
performance competencies like leadership or conflict management
context competencies in areas like human resource management, finance or legal aspects.

The theory was directly applied on commercial projects during the training, offering guided practise. mm-lab is continuously improving the quality of its products and services as proven by the ISO 9001:2008 certification and the corner stone for this are the know how and skills of mm-lab's employees. This is not only an attitude but it's certified.
